Dear Reader,

Usually when I meet a new person we start a conversation with small talk. What do you do? Where do you live? Etc. And then after a few months, or years (or maybe never), we speak to each other about deeper issues, about what really matters to us. In Satvatove, it's kind of the other way around... First we talk about our deepest fears, our greatest hopes - and then maybe after a few months, or years (or maybe never), we talk about what music we actually like to listen to. This really struck me when Sanja and Marie both told me about Myspace and Facebook-a place to meet for Satvatove graduates, to get to know each other, share, communicate, keep in contact, learn what music my buddy in the course really loves to dance to! How does it work? Read more in the article below.

MYSPACE and FACEBOOK - A PLACE TO MEET; A PLACE TO SHARE

The first time I heard about Myspace was when a friend of mine sent me an invitation to create a profile there. It was about a year ago. Although I wasn`t really impressed by that idea in the beginning, I decided to make the BIG step, give it a chance, check out what Myspace is and see what`s going on there. And soon, after the huge discovery that my childhood friend Sandra is not the only person that I can meet there, I became a Myspace fan.

I was amazed to see that on Myspace I could meet people who took the seminar with me, people I grew up with, my high school teacher, old friends, new friends, all in one place.

After talking to Marie and sharing some ideas, she asked me if I would like to create a Satvatove profile on Myspace. She shared that there are so many people who took Satvatove seminars that she never had the oportunity to meet personally-and that Satvatove Myspace can be a place where the graduates meet, share and continue to grow together.

I felt really touched by her words and inspired to be part of that project. Have you ever asked yourself what happened with that particular guy/girl you took the seminar with but never saw after that. Maybe you felt very strong connection with them during the seminar but lost it with time. Or maybe you live in some part of the world where there are no other Satvatove graduates and you feel lonely....

I took the seminar in Switzerland in 2005 and most of the participants were from Switzerland and Germany, and I still meet them here and there. With some of them I've already worked on some projects, but I also know that each time we meet and refresh our seminar memories there is a question that comes up over and over again: "Hey, have you heard anything from the New Zealand guy.....?"

This is an official invitation to all of you out there who are involved with Satvatove programs in some way, to visit www.Myspace.com/Satvatove, and to create your own profiles as well.

Myspace/Satvatove is a place to explore and share, a place of depth, growth, love. It's a place where you can meet your friends, be creative, watch and share videos and photos, get information about upcoming events, read articles and personal expressions.

Also I would like to invite you to share with me your ideas and contribute in your own way; write me about what you would like to see on Myspace/Satvatove.

Let`s meet and create something wonderful together.

Warm greetings to all of you,

Sanja
