Satvatove Institute Facilitator Training Program
The Satvatove Institute Facilitator Training Program (FTP) prepares students to teach transformative communication and self-empowerment seminars. Trainees become very familiar with both the Foundational Course and the Advanced Seminar Experience, though they may specialize in learning to conduct the Foundational, Advanced, or both. Additionally, participants in the FTP will gain experience conducting shorter seminars and workshops. It is expected that some graduates of this program will serve as Satvatove Institute seminar facilitators, and some will utilize the extensive skills they acquire in the FTP outside of Satvatove Institute.
Proficiency as a coach is a natural foundation for facilitator-training. Coaches challenge and support clients to achieve breakthroughs in their lives, and this is also the essence of conducting Satvatove seminars. Satvatove facilitators must be committed to helping people through the agency of Satvatove’s trainings. Ability to inspire trust through coaching is a strong indication of the coach’s potential to be an excellent seminar facilitator.
Tuition: $6,000 ( USA)

- The FTP includes comprehensive instruction in the theory, presentations and processes of the Foundational and Advanced Seminars. After receiving instruction the student will practice these presentations with the Training Coordinator or a Satvatove Senior Facilitator observing and guiding.
- During the FTP the trainee must assist on staff for at least three Foundational Courses and three Advanced Seminar Experiences. During these seminars the trainee will lead some processes under the supervision of the seminar facilitator. Training will include feedback and instruction from the seminar facilitator related to the courses and specifically the trainee’s participation in the courses. At least one of these Foundational and one of these Advanced Courses must be in a country with a culture other than the culture with which the trainee is most familiar.
- After the staffing experiences described in the paragraph above, the trainee must organize or arrange to be organized three seminars that s/he will conduct, with the training coordinator or an authorized representative of the training coordinator present at these trainings. For the third of these three trainings the facilitator-trainee may opt, with the agreement of the training coordinator, to video record the training instead of arranging for the presence of the Training Coordinator or a representative. This requirement is applicable for whichever course(s), Foundational, Advanced, or both, the trainee desires to be certified.
- During the FTP the student must organize and facilitate at least two half-day or full-day workshops that are derived from the longer Satvatove courses. This may include, for example, a 4-hour workshop on listening skills, or accountability. Taking responsibility for these events includes arranging for the Training Coordinator or a representative of the Training Coordinator to be present as a supervisor-observer for at least one of the workshops, and either a video-recording or the presence of an authorized Satvatove representative at the other. There must be at least one dozen persons present at each workshop.
- For these workshops as well as the longer courses described in this section the trainee is responsible for expenses incurred for travel and for the time of the Training Coordinator or representative of the Training Coordinator.
- The trainee must organize and facilitate at least one introductory event that introduces people to the Satvatove seminars. There must be at least 15 persons at this event who have not participated in the Satvatove Foundational Course.
Personal development:
- 12 individual coaching sessions
- Maintain productive contact and relationship with FTP buddy.
- Trainees will keep a journal through the duration of the FTP in which they write insights, observations, and reflections. Towards the end of the FTP you will be asked to submit an “awareness” paper in which you describe key realizations for yourself throughout the FTP. Trainees will not be required to submit their journal.
- Be regularly connected with spiritual literature.
- Participate in a course or seminar outside of Satvatove at least 6 hours in length that will enhance the skills of the trainee. This auxiliary course must be approved by the Satvatove Training Coordinator.
Academic enrichment :
Read at least two books, approved by the training coordinator, on public speaking, two books on seminar marketing, and two books on leadership, and write reports on one book from each category. These reports should focus on what you learned from this reading and how you plan to use what you learned upon receiving credentials from Satvatove Institute as a Certified Transformative Communication Seminar Facilitator.
Satvatove expansion:
The facilitator-in-training must complete a project that expands the Satvatove mission. This could include ventures such as those described in the CAP and SCIP sections, as well as other innovative enterprises. Examples include establishing and developing an ongoing Satvatove center in a location where one doesn’t exist, or organizing a Satvatove training in a new locality, or creating products, such as books or audio or video materials that complement the seminars. Additionally, the facilitator-in-training could develop specialty Satvatove seminars on topics such as abundance, excellence, or integrity, or for specific populations such as teens or couples.
