Organizations, groups and communities invite us to conduct seminars, train facilitators, and provide personal and group coaching. Courses and workshops range in length from 1.5 hours to 27 hours.
- Each program is custom-designed to meet the needs of the client organization and the specific participants.
- Courses and seminars teach skills and techniques to help participants make appropriate behavioral changes in their lives through more effective communication.
- The primary format is learning experientially through exercises and activities that enhance understanding and retention of the material presented.
- Topics are based upon a core foundation of listening skills with additional modules on topics such as problem solving, interpersonal skills, teamwork, conflict resolution and assertiveness, presented in workshops and courses ranging in length from 1.5 hours to 6 days.
- Participants have included doctors, directors of communication departments, staff of government agencies, business people, engineers, accountants, real estate agents, marketing directors, salespeople, administrators, supervisors, nurses, social workers and counselors.
- Students will gain a new and greater self-understanding and improve their communication at work, with family and in all areas of human interaction.
